Q: Who can be an affiliate?

A: We accept affiliates from over 150 countries. To see a full list of accepted countries, visit our signup page and click the Country dropdown. You don’t need to own your own website to promote products, though you’ll need a valid email address and phone number where we can contact you.

Q: Does it cost anything to be an affiliate?

A: No, ClickBank does not charge any fees to sign up as an affiliate. You may decide to spend money on your promotional efforts, such as paid advertising, but this is entirely up to you. Please note that there is a one-time $49.95 activation charge for vendors that want to sell their product through ClickBank, but there is no similar charge for affiliates to activate the account.

Q: How much can I earn?

A: The sky’s the limit! We don’t put any cap on how much you can earn with ClickBank, and we have many affiliates who’ve earned thousands or even millions of dollars. Commissions range from 1% to 75% and are determined by the product vendor. The minimum commission for a single sale is $0.25, and the maximum is $150. If you promote recurring billing products, you can even earn recurring commissions from the time of purchase until the subscription is completed or canceled.

Q: How many products can I promote?

A: There’s no limit to the number of products you can promote. ClickBank has tens of thousands of products in our Marketplace, and you can promote any of them immediately, with no contracts or waiting.


Vendors

Q: Who can be a ClickBank vendor?

A: We accept affiliates from over 150 countries. To see a full list of accepted countries, visit our signup page and click the Country dropdown. If your country isn’t listed in the dropdown, at this time we unfortunately don’t allow vendors from your country. We recommend that you check back in the future, as we add to our list of supported countries from time to time. Outside of geographic location, there are almost no restrictions on who can be a ClickBank vendor.

Q: What does it cost to be a vendor?

A: Selling your first product through ClickBank costs a one-time $49.95 charge, which you only pay after your product has been approved and is ready for sale in the ClickBank Marketplace. If for any reason your product isn’t approved, you don’t pay anything. Once your product is live, ClickBank charges a small order processing charge on each successful sale. In addition, if you want our huge affiliate network to help promote and advertise your product, you can set a commission rate for your product, ranging from 1% to 75%, which you only pay when an affiliate directly leads to the sale of your product. You can set different commission rates depending on the type of product (e.g., you can offer different commissions for digital and physical versions of your product.) You don’t incur any additional charges unless you’re actually making sales.

Q: How much can I earn?

A: There’s no limit to how much you can earn through ClickBank! One of the best parts of being a ClickBank vendor is that once your product is approved and goes live, you can continue earning money from it for years, with no additional effort required on your part. Some of our most successful vendors earn far more than $1 million per year! Of course, your success will depend on a number of factors, including the appeal of your product, the level of affiliate commission you’re willing to pay, and more, but the potential for huge earnings is real.


Q: How many products can I sell?

A: You can sell up to 500 products through a single account, though many ClickBank vendors choose to open multiple accounts instead. For more information, see Selling Multiple Products.
